The sock and boot system would use the heat from your foot together with "radio waves" to facilitate electrolyzing hydrogen on special catalytic nano-fiber coatings along the sock fibers aiding hydrogen liberation from your sweat at lower temperatures as you walk around. The hydrogen would be captured by binding to a nano-aluminum-silica-magnesium alloy coated matrix at the top of the boot. The matrix ring is then removed from the boot and inserted into your electronic device for an on-demand hydrogen feed into the device's electric power providing fuel cell membranes.
