large desalinating tower station structures, create huge Pumpous Seawater snozzling-shields in strategic interstate locations to "wash the air", have special crops engineered to metabolize pollutants in the resultant soil pollution around the facility;
Build these facilities strategically located at pollution-drift aggregation zones all over CA and eventually the US(TBD)

before enough people buy cars which help Eliminate! emissions while driving, we must address the actual and growing issue of pollution in and around our roadways. Let's face it, the world-wide transition through pharmacokinetic synthetic biodiesels and later to pure electric/hydrogen is going to take a lot of time - the air should be spared and we need to use up seawater fast...

pollution which is real and has actual effects that are measurable. Let's not waste time measuring though - who cares - you can see it smell it feel it - it's there Got It.. Yeah

we really should begin to start initiatives which address re-absorption of pollution from the atmosphere; preferably by manner of subverting common toxic byproduct producing reactions which occur if conditions are not re-mediated, by mechanism of utilizing combination synergy-energy exchange components such as water-filtration of air, desalination of water, soil-detoxifying oil crop development, wind/solar/fcel/ electricity and fuel production facilities, weather/atmospheric/Teraformative research data center, local cafe/agri micro-waste fuel-gas digester facilities

Set units up everywhere needed throughout the US and start filtering the air today. when all the cars get to running clean it'll be about time for the detoxifying pollution plants to have a breath of fresh WATER...!!!

Put the first ones around the San Francisco Bay Area to stop the pollution drift toward Arvin CA ( a most smog-contributing polluted city so far from the source)(use desalinating water piping system to provide bountiful amounts of fresh water and nutritional salt - a touristy gimmick too.. Use the vast amounts of desalinated water to keep other forms of particulate pollution down while handling agribusiness products and machinery ex have sprinklers on the trucks spraying at the wheels while they drive around etc

Do Something like

1. Start with snorkelfire solar/fuel-cell powered planes that fly around in rift-tracking Boids around spaghetti junctions following & filtering smog producing air pollution while achieving interactive varieties of avionic testing and training scenarios for all types of experimental and operational training purposes - very amusing to watch on your way to work...people could sponsor and track their own plane or Boid, right over the internet.!.. an UAV Economy could be Jump Started along the air route from San Francisco to Arvin CA! Longer range aircraft and drone recovery projects between the 2 cities could yield a wealth of data about aerosol contaminant dispersal and rapid deployable drone cleanup response technologies and strategies. --> while greening and cleaning..what a cosmic PR gift for the defense industry this would be !!! How fast can we create a win/win for Arvin CA? Who can combine their already appropriated research budget to Greening Arvin CA?
2. Build towering seawater filters at key locations - Giant surface area maximizing water snozzling style air filters, heck - why not a set of desalinating splash lattice towers at every major spaghetti junction, and last but not least an addition from one of the unnamed listeners - a transportation aqueduct to Arvin to carry in the seawater while doubling as a boat ride for travelers->so the people/produce/etc would fly into the beach town from along the route of the aqueduct and ride then ride the aqueduct home->the airplanes could then carry seafood/imports/people/etc back->while we're dreaming the planes might as well be hybrid fuel cell/hydrogen combustion prop planes
3. reduce emissions at the source - advocate faster all electric cars and development thereof
4. Don't Buy, Don't Buy, hybrid combustion with your Green Money - Demand all electric pluggable with fuel cell augmenter (the drive/battery/fuel cell weight/power/e-flow ratios carefully designed to reduce weight and optimize efficiency/speed/power/range - accuracy is a matter of the driver
5. encourage manufacturers to develop a wind turbine generator with channelized smog filters in the blades - use them to power LED street lights to SAVE LIVES, money and regulate bug populations
6. use regulated/engineered bug populations to filter smog from the air
7. use bugOil to power fuel cells and the last efficiency stage warmth of the fuel cells to attract mature adult bugs for nesting and to speed up bug incubating rates
